No it's just long on the sides you can still see the shorts. And Ashley I have no plan of buying an expensive concert Tshirt.

Te outfit is really cute but personally, I wouldn't wear it to a concert.( It will be a pain to have to keep on pulling up your strapless bra) I think you should wear a tank? Or maybe a cute short sleeved shirt.
