Hey! I REALLY want to wear eyeshadow and eyeliner, I'm only 13 so nothing too dramatic. I have green eyes and long eyelashes. Color suggestions? How to apply it? Thanks xo:)

Ohh your lucky! Green eyes and long lashes? All I ever wanted. Well...
I'd say coppers, black thin eyeliner line and bronzy shimmerry colors on the lid would suit you the best. Then curl eyelashes and put mascara on.
