I use Rimmel stay matte powder. To apply it I use a powder brush and lightly dab it across my face. Do not swirl or buff it into the face. That will move your foundation and concealer.

I like bare minerals mineral veil. it helps keep everything in place all day and they even have a tinted version :) I believe its $25 and mine has lasted for about 2 years. it creats more of a luminous finish than a matt one tho. I don't know which you prefer.

If you are new, I reccomend Not to spend to much money on expendsive make up. Maybeline, gosh or rimmel, would be fine. You should first learn to make powder look nice, before you go nuts with the expendsive Stuff.
:)) good luck

Two faced primed and pore less white fine powder! Dissolves pores and leaves no lines and streaks. I use it around my eyes and my large pores. Nars pressed powder is literally so amazing it's 30 bucks but totally worth it...
