Biotin help?? For nails mainly.

Hi ladies so I've heard you mention biotin for hair and nails, my nails are free from acrylics and shocking! I also bite or did... Anyway can you tell me what you use? I'm in the uk :)

Collagen has helped my nails grow back nice and strong after acrylics practically destroyed them. I have only been taking a couple of weeks and notice a huge difference. You can find natural collagen supplements on Amazon.com for a great price! Good luck, Shelley!

Helped for me. I take 2x1000mcg pills per day and my nails look like I just buffed them when I really didn't!
