Only thing that I know that actually works in 10 minutes is sun in

You can dip your hair into camomile water and let sun dry.

Since your hair is dark brown , sun in, might turn your hair a reddish color.

Sun in is a scary product that literally chemically changes the makeup of your hair. I would recommend going to a professional.

Any sort of lightening (especially dark to blonde) will damage your hair. It sucks but if you want it and its done right it can be worth it :)

Sun in + lightening products (decolorizer/ hair bleaches) = smoking and hair melting... No joke I have seen it happen

You could spritz lemon juice in your hair and lay out in the sun, it will bring any natural highlights out.

There is this stuff by Garnier that lifts without bleach, I used it on my daughter's hair and it went from med brown to a strawberry blonde without much damage at all. I put a post up on June 4 you can search titled 'hair color by Garnier, anyone tried?'. There are before and after pics also of the color. And the image of the product. Was pretty happy with the results, we've used it once more since and it brought it up another shade or 2. Maybe this would work for you. Good luck!!
