Is lip primer really necessary if so what are so good brands.

Never heard if a lip primer,
you could put a lip balm before applying lipstick

I use the elf prime and plumper, not all the time. it does help lipstick to stay in longer but I don't feel its necessary.

I have never used any, but I assume it's the same concept of what lip liners do. You can also get a clear lip liner. I haven't been able to get ahold of any yet, but I'm planning on it!
