Your hair can never truly repair split ends, the only way to get rid of them is to trim.

It's so hard but you need to cut off all the split ends then try to use no heat on your hair and deep condition once or twice a week. Don't brush your hair when wet just use a wide tooth comb. Be gentle with it.
