I have little heat bumps on my face that aren't noticeable until you are close to me but anyway how do I get rid of them. I hate them sooo much!

It's a heat rash I think... I get them too but on my legs. But I don't know how to get to of them either, but I think they have like creams for it.

I get that on my chest you just have to cool down and and can be from stress too so keep calm and cool.

When I cool down they are still here and I have them Thur the winter =/
