If so, then cute jean shorts and a summery-looking tank top maybe? If it's a nice day out, like sunny, then go with light eyeshadow with a dark blend, and light mascara with bold eyeliner :) and hair, depending on the humidity if you can style it or not, so the hair is hard to tell!

If your just going to the lake all you need is a regular shirt, shorts, and toms, sandals, vans, converse. Something like that.
