Hun you can start just by wearing a colored eyeliner on the top an bottom and black or white on your water line an mascara

I would do eyeliner on top and halfway around bottom on water line, then line the other half with white liner starting from above the tearduct. wear black brown mascara or even black, the lengthening kind. also put on concealer underneath and wear light eyeshadow colors, like gold or white.

Wear light eyeshadow colours to brighten the eye. be warned that black eyeliner in the waterline makes the eyes look smaller not bigger. also lots of mascara! curl lashes first
