You need to apply essential oils like coconut and olive oils, you can get them in one hair cream or separately, moisture, deep conditioning and a little bit of trimming once in a while. Just take good care of your hair basically. But first know what your hair likes and doesn't like.

You need to keep your hair as healthy as possible. Using heat protector every time you use a straighteners or hair curler. Deep condition your hair 2wice a month with a conditioner specially for dry and damaged hair. Also get some pure Argan oil you can buy and apply that every time you wash your hair.
