Yes I agree too much highlight near your eyebrow I either suggest to have some color under the brow and take off the highlight near your eye brow :)

The highlight is a bit too much for my liking and I'd apply the eyebrow pencil with a bit less pressure. Other than that I think you did a nice job! :)

I love the color highlight you used, maybe just lighten up under the brow a bit. I don't even think you need the eyeliner on your waterline, your eyes are gorgeous :)

You should fill in your eyebrows with eyeshadow, I like the rest tho and you have beautifull eyes (;
