I'm not felling it with the necklace. Go simple. School pics can haunt you later in life (look back and think "what was I thinking?). The necklace clashes with the polka dots. It's just too much going on

I agree with symone. Most kids in school are casual dressers on picture day. I think maybe if you we're that you will stand out a bit more.
