I was thinking of purchasing the Neutrogena shine control foundation and primer but I wanted to know if they were any good? Would you recommend it?

I've used the foundation. It's alright, but nothing super special.

Yes I loveee it. its made with rice protien which really helps with controlling oily foundation.

I love neutrogena-effective products and if you get acne their makeup works well with it :)
