OK so I have sparse eyelashes since I have a tendency to pull them out. I have some spots that have no hair. I usually wear false eyelashes 3-4 times a week. Was wondering if it's bad to do so.

Yes, I have read that it is a little dangerous to wear them too often! It makes the lack of lashes problem worse, and damages skin on the eyelid from the glue. But, I think they sell simple ones in stores with safe glue and things like that!

Anyway.
There is nothing wrong with wearing falsies everday. You shouldnt apply them to close or directly on your natural lash line or yank them off when you are removing them (*$&*!) But instead use a lil babt oil and slide them off. You could also got and some eyelash extensions.
1. They usually last for a month
2. You get them professionally put on and taken off
3. You don't have to worry about them!
You can sleep, swim, workout, whatever... in them :p
4. They look so natural no one can tell.
But I won't tell if you don't ; X

I pick at my eyebrows, so I can get where you're coming from! Wearing falsies everyday isn't an issue if you apply and remove them in a way that won't yank at your existing eyelashes. If it helps you could try applying the glue FIRST using an angled brush (heck, even a thin paint brush from the craft store could work!) so you can be sure you won't get any on your lashes. To remove them you can go in with a qtip and some baby oil and gently rub the at the lash band until it becomes loose. If it's any easier you could just use single false lashes in the areas where your eyelashes are sparse so you don't have to worry about any more of your real eyelashes being pulled out. I hope I helped! :)
