To be honest I don't think blue eyeshadow looks the best but if I could recommend a different look I would recommend making a smokey eye with different shades of brown

I found an eyeshadow tutorial using one of those pallettes you could pick up from Walmart if you wanted to and its for BEGINNERS! ^0^
Also when I was starting off I watched a lot of tutorials. YT can be your best friend. Good luck.
