I'm going to be having a little one in a little over a month and I need advice on a good and less time consuming makeup routine
What are your tips and tricks?

First off, congrats on your little one. I've just had a baby 7 months ago myself. I still do my usual routine but adjusted 30mins earlier than I would've before I had my baby. Gives me time to sort myself out and bubbah. x

To tell you the truth, sometimes I'd go with out it. There was just no time after the baby came.
After a while, I started to do BB cream, mascara, blush, and bronzer.

I have just had my baby boy very prematurely and I needed a very quick routine when I was rushing in and out of the neonatal unit at the hospital. I just put on some bb cream, concealer, mascara, a swipw of maybelline colour tattoo and a bit of lip gloss and blush. takes all of about 3 mins. hope that helps! thankfully I have my baby home now.

Congrats! I agree with everyone else, there were some days I didn't wear any. But when I did, I just used concealer, mascara, some blush and gloss. My son is two and I usually drop him off at school then come home and do my makeup.

Pamper yourself and get a hair cut/ color that's a little lower maintenance.. its important to feel beautiful so if that means full on makeup every day and blow dry style or wash and go. personally after I had my girl in march I let go of myself for a couple of months and never felt pretty. when baby's napping take a little time out to fix yourself up. you'll feel that much better!

This is all awesome advice ladies. I definitely plan on getting my hair twisted, which will last about a month, a week or so before I'm due so I don't have to worry about that. Bb cream, concealer, mascara and blush seem to be the general consensus. Or none at all lol!

Before I had my daughter I couldn't leave the house without any makeup and I had to line both my upper and lower lids but now I tend to just moisturise then conceal my under eyes and any blemishes, apply mascara, bronzer and lip gloss. Now that she's bigger, she's 2, I do that and sometimes I experiment with looks. The first 18 months we're hard for me so there we're days where I just put on concealer cause I was so exhausted! Lol Xx

Congratulations!
All I did and still do now is put BB Cream/Foundation and Mascara, maybe some Gloss or Lip Balm as well - quick routine. Many times I simply went without make up. Also low maintenance hairstyle is good option for first few months.
