What's the best, most pigmented eye shadows from the drug store? I love naked 2, but I don't want to buy it again. Just bought a new house, so I'm kind of on a budget.

Wet N Wild would probably be the most pigmented in my experience. Milani has some good eyeshadows, but I haven't tried them all.

Just get a nuetral pallet from bh cosmetics they are really good and you get a bunch for a really good price you can get a complete pallet for the price of 3 or 4 drug store eye shadows.

I second wet n wild! They're incredibly inexpensive and the pigmentation is AMAZING! I've also heard great things about Milani, but I've never tried them, so I can't speak from experience.

Wet n Wild is amazing. Their matte black is more pigmented than Carbon by MAC. And the palette it's in costs $6. L'Oreal sucks btw.
