Dragon ear wrap help pleease!!

I got this ear wrap as a gift and I need help adjusting it to my ear. You're supposed to heat it, put it on, and then bend it to the shape of your ear. Mine doesn't fit, and I don't know what places I need to bend it to get it to fit! It won't even bend in the first place. Ughhhenjejeh! Help please?

I don't personally know how to shape them and have wanted one for a while. I would try youtube and look on forums and you will find some advice :) x
