I don't know about powders cause I use liquid but I love using oil sheets after or before applying makeup or during the day, they help so much.

The old version of Mary Kay power is super good for oily skin! I also use a light layer of plain corn starch as a cheap oil fighter. I also like the new neutrogena primer for fighting oily skin, it was voted the best primer for under $15 in self mag. Hope these suggestions help!
