I really wouldn't wear the shoes. They look really unprofessional as opposed to your outfit. Those are more of a girls' night type of shoe. Anyway, I would put a black top underneath

The shoes you have don't go...I agree with Cassidy. if you can't walk in heels I would go with a nude or even whitr wedge shoe with a matching tank..(matching the shoes of course).. I love that outfit tho very fab!
