Well, I'd suggest if you want cheaper, but good quality, go to any Maceys. They do complete makeup ranging from $20-$45 (where I live). After you get that done, ask what products they used and get them, but you can also go and get a different version of it so you can recreate it at home.

If you have some extra dollars to spend you could go to an artist, and try doing the same at home afterwords. But I'd say that you should start wearing makeup in weekends or when you come home from school, watch some videos on youtube on how to do certain looks, and when you feel comfortable with it, and you like the results ( when you don't think you look weird ) you could start wearing makeup. You could start with wearing really simple natural makeup looks. So that the people at your school don't see you and think like woah she is wearing a lot of makeup, and just work your way up to the point of everyone being used to it.

I would try using a light powder for your foundation, a soft pink or brown eyeshadow, and some mascara starting out. it looks natural but you can tell you are wearing makeup. you don't want to overdo it when you first start out wearing makeup!!

I'd use the BB cream. Even though it's a bit expensive($32), the Smashbox Halo Highlighting Wand is perfect for just a little shine on your cheeks. The Maybelline liquid liner($4) in drugstores. You could pull of an electric colored eye liner, so try CoverGirl LiquilineBlast Eye Liner in Blue Boon($9) in drugstores. Get the L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad in So Over It!. It's only $10 and you can find it in drugstores. Also, get the Clinique chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm in Broadest Berry. It's not sticky like lip gloss, and it has minimum smudge, unlike lipstick.

CoverGirl Clean whipped cream($7 at drugstores). CoverGirl Clean Glow Blush($5 at drugstores). Sonia Kashuc Chic Luminosity Highlighter Stick in Persian Sunset($11 at Target) is just a little cream with glitter that you sweep over your lids.
