Best affordable red lipstick/lip stain that doesn't smudge?

I tested Stila's Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick at sephora the other day and I looove it. Only bad thing is the price, any suggestions for red lipsticks that don't make me feel foolish while eating or it smearing everywhere?

Revlon's $6.99 lip balm stain is in a crayon-type packaging that you apply like a lipliner or chubby stick. The shade 'Gothic' is red :)

Or try Revlon's Really Red matte lipstick with a lip liner all over underneath it. Nyx do great red lipliners. :)
