Does anyone know how to get rid of nose acne?

I've been dealing with these little bumps on my nose since last year and my nose is literally COVERED in them! I'm not even sure it's acne because most of them aren't black/whiteheads. Does anyone know how to get rid of these!?!?!?

I used to struggle with that tooo!! But I got the Queen Helene Mint Face Mask! It's like $3 and you could find it anywhere! It dries out your pimples and makes your pores smaller...it's seriously amazing.
