What is the best brand of nail polish and nail art pens?

I just got a black sally hansen nail art pen and some ice nail polish... i painted my nails tuxedos from a tutorial off of youtube and it seemed to dissapear in almost 2 days ... i guess what im asking is what is the best brand of nail polish, what is the best brand of nail art pen, and what is the best topcoat? hopefully not too expensie and ill be able to buy them at walmart :P lol please and thanks! :)

Best nail polish is OPI. Best nail pens are Rio Nail Pens. I use any top coat :)

not too sure about nail art pens. but as for nail polishes, i love some of the lines from sally hansen, and opi is always great as well :)

I really don't like sally hansen nail pens, they are awful, but sorry I don't have an alternative. Any type of thin brush is great, lasts longer and shows off your talent! I use Nail Deco thin brushes

Last the longest, DRYS THE FASTEST, & come in a Billion different colors.........
....plus the top never get stuck  ;-)

ZOYA is amazing! I also like Essie nail polish, Butter London and Loreal.
