My 2 favorite eye primers are Urban Decay Primer Potion & Too Faced Shadow Insurance. There's a lot of great foundations out there but it all depends on your skin type :)

Hint if you use a silicone primer use a silicone foundation. If you use a water based foundation use a water based primer.
