Sure you can if you want! I'm 12 and I found out that foundation made me break out. So I just use concealer to cover up under my eyes and of course I do my everyday eye makeup!!

BB Cream is basically great for everyone (: anyone who tells you that your too young... Something's wrong there. I hate it when people say 13 year olds can't wear makeup.. We're teenagers ya know lol(:

In my opinion, I don't think you should be wearing makeup until you're at least 15 because when you start to wear makeup, it begins to ruin your skin, especially if the ingredients are unnatural because it will cause early wrinkles as your skin is unable to breathe due to makeup, and BB cream isn't the most natural makeup out there, lets put it that way x
