Uniform...I need help!!

I go to a private school so I have to wear a uniform, it's navy blue pants with either a white or navy blue shirt. Any suggestions to make it look better??

Yeah but the amount of jewelry I can wear is very limited, and I can only wear shoes that go with the blue and white theme. It sucks!!
