I use both not at the same time but I rotate in days one day ill use powder the other day ill use plain ol brown eyeliner lol

When I choose to, I use powder/matte eyeshadow. But I like natural brows a lot. :3.

I use a pencil to get the shape and fill in with powder. Depends where in going and how much time I have on how exactly I do them. Brow gel is a must x

I pluck them every week and trim them, fill them in with powder and set with clear eyebrow gel.

And once a year, I'll get a professional grow touch up.

I use pencil. If your brows are sparse I'd recommend pencil because it will hold better whereas I think powder needs plenty of hair to kind of grab onto. If you need to use pencil but want them to look more natural you could always go over with powder to get that same softer look
