I would dress it up a bit more its more lounging around not date maybe jean shorts instead of those and a slightly nicer shirt not nessisarily a blouse though I hope this helped.

I suggest keep it casual , maybe jean shorts that aren't too short? And a tee with vans or sneakers? Maybe sandals?
