Well my mom told me when she was a teen she would wear her brightest clothes on the gloomiest days. I think thats the cutest, most optimistic thing ever. You should do the same! Also whatever you do WATERPROOF MAKEUP. I can nooot stress this enough! Unless you wanna look like alice cooper, please wear waterproof makeup.
