I've heard the term before when people are talking about eyebrows, but what does it mean?

You use thread in a way to remove excess hair around brows to shape n define them...

Waxing and threading are both epilators. They both pull the entire hair out from the root. Only difference is waxing pulls on the skin also so people on medications that thin the skin can't use it(Retin-A, Acutane, etc).
