How can I apply milk of magnesia or how does it work??

I've been hearing a lot about this product but have no idea how to use it or how it works. Can someone help me please?:)

You can just use your fingers to dab some onto your face, then spread it out. It's meant to mattify the face by absorbing the excess moisture and oil produced throughout the day. Use it as a primer, so right after moisturizer. :)

I use it & LOVE IT. It mattifies your face. I first apply my regular moisturizer. I apply my MOM using a traditional foundation brush. I usually dip my brush in the cap & begin to brush it all over my face evenly. When it dries it turns white. After it's completely dry, I continue with my regular foundation routine.
