Which one do you prefer to apply your foundation? I am just curious. I use damp sponge but thinking of getting brush.

Brush! When I use a sponge it ends up looking streaky.

Depends on the brush/sponge you use. I haven't had the pleasure of working with the beauty blender just yet but I hear good things. I use the flat head foundation brush from elf & it works amazingly!! :)

I think that sponge isn't better than brush and brush isn't better than sponge - it is only up to you and your personal preference :) there isn't any wrong way! You can aply it also just with fingers and it's ok :) I use brush and it has one advantage for me - I don't have to wash it all the time like a sponge :D

Sponge all the way! it really helps to blend the makeup whereas with a brush, lines are created with the bristles.
But I dnt really use any of them compared to how much I use my hands to apply makeup as it blends soo much better! :) x

I used a flat brush for years but recently swapped over to the real techniques expert face brush. I can't believe I went so long without it! Such a smoother, more even finish.

I like both. When my skin is having a bad day a beauty blender works better for me, but when my skin is normal I use a stippling brush. Both work great I think its just how you use them & if you use them right.

Devyani- check out New you stores for brushes by QVS (or smthg like that) they have great inexpensive brushes. you could use their contouring or blush brush for foundation.. also I think I did see a blender there..

I love the sponge.
1. No streaking
2. Even coverage
3. Flawless finish

My preference is a flat top stippling brush because it gives me an air brushed finish. You are just going to have to try and experiment with what works best for your skin and what brand of makeup you are using.

Depends on a myriad of factors. Even which brushes I use change from formula, how much coverage I want, what the weather is like.
