Well, for me, it depends on the type, some are really moisturising and help your skin, but some are bad for your skin, espessially if you're young and you have sensitive skin.

You're older than me :p but I like putting on makeup everyday it just makes me feel more confident, but everybody's different its up to you if you want to use makeup on a daily basis or not.

I don't think it is bad for your skin as long as you put a caring moisturizer before your foundation! And the main thing is to always clean your face before you go to sleep! Foundation these days most of all have caring ingredients

Other wise you can use a BB cream they have more skin care ingredients!

BB cream is fine. :) It has moisturizing elements in it. :)

I could be wrong but I've never heard it to be bad for your skin. if your not allergic to it and you make sure you wash it completely off at night. your 18 so you may not have a real need for a heavy foundation try concealer and tinted moisturizer.
