Well actually depends on your skin type! Cover girl 3-in-1 is more for oily skin, L'OREAL LUMI gives a very dewy finish, which is better for dry skin. You can wear LUMI if your oily, you just HAVE to set it with a powder. Also, LUMI has more of a yellow under tone.

Actually, Lumi has cool, warm, or neutral undertones to pick from, which I love because I have a neutral undertone myself(It's hard to find in general drugstore brands). I have oily skin, so I do, like all of my other foundations, set it with powder. It's lightweight, doesn't give me breakouts, and medium to borderline full coverage for me. I haven't tried the 3-in-1, but I'm not going to since Lumi is my favorite now! I also have the concealer and the powder to go with it. I don't like the powder myself, but the concealer is a win for me. It's medium coverage. :D.
