Rough patches on feet??

I have these really weird rough patches on the tops of my feet and they won't go away, any ideas on how to get rid of them?

Put a good amount of cocoa butter lotion on then put some socks on and sleep with them on overnight. When you wake up, your feet will be soft and smooth.
