No, if she's just playing yes but for regular use no! Wait till she's around 12 to start experimenting with it and so she knows the boundaries of makeup

I think it's ok only if you're doing it for fun like I do with my younger cousin and niece and also if they wash it off right away other than that I'd say that it's not ok.

I agree with Mikayla. I didn't start wearing makeup til I was 13! I had flawless skin when I was 8. Little girls don't need to be covering up their perfections so young!
