How to fill in eyebrows:a liner or eyeshadow?

I think it depends on what works best for you. I find shadow to be convenient but I know many people who prefer liner. try out both and see which way works best for you :)

I agree with Anupa. If you are going for a more natural look go with shadow but for a bolder look liner might work for you!

If you have fuller brows, go with a eyeshadow. If they are super sparse (like I do), do a liner
