I can't do top liner dose anyone have any tips to help?

I always use liquid liner and I like to keep my eyes mainly open not closed. Practicing also helps a lot. Just be patient and use small strokes. Start from your inner eye and work your outward. Also have cotton swabs on hand to correct mistakes!

I use gel or pen eyeliner, practice makes perfect!! Here's a pictutorial, hope it helps!!

Tug the outer corner of your eye so it's pretty closed then apply your liner. Usually you mess up when you blink but when you do this your eye is closed so you won't blink your welcome.
