I just started using Wen which is a cleansing conditioner and I have wavy hair. I thought it would leave my hair greasy and flaky but on the contrary it cleaned it really good and left my hair shiny and soft. I totally recommend it!

I cowash every 2 to 3 days and wash with a shampoo one every two weeks. I use cheap Giovanni conditionners. it's super creamy and detangling without silicones.

I use wen replacements. anything with sulfate in it will strip your hair of natural oils and mess it up.
