I'm basically a newbie to anything eyebrows. I don't know what shape looks good, if they need filling in, what to fill them in with, ect! So maybe you can help?

Try using the ardell stencils. I put them on my brows and trace them with white eyeliner then begin to pluck around

I'd say check yelp for a good eyebrow place. You can't go wrong with benefit cosmetics brow bar, it's a bit pricey but if you can't find any other place. They also have great brow products. Anastasia has awesome brow kits too. Those are all ways I've made my brows look better :)
