If your not so experienced like me, it helps to put tape on the corner of your eye as a guide and simply pull it off when your done

I love wined eyeliner and am very good at it, I'm wearing winged eyeliner today! I'm not good at explaining how to apply it in writing so bear with me. (Btw there are plenty of tutorials showing how to do winged liner) one thing you can do is using tape to help you to get a straight perfect winged line. Maybellines master precise liquid eyeliner is a really good liner to try, it's got a good brush on it to help you get precise eyeliner especially winged liner. You can also try gel and pencil but make sure if you use pencil the pencil is nice and sharpened other wise it won't work as well with a blunt pencil and it does not look as good, though it really depends on what type of Wing your going for! I could go on but this is pretty long already. but again there are plenty of really good tutorials showing you how to do winged eyeliner! Hope this helps :)

Also to keep a steady hand, put your elbow on a table and have the mirror in front. Just go right over just like in symones pic.
