I think a natural champaign coloured eye shadow and mascara.
What I mean is a natural eye makeup so the focus is on the lips and the pink color.

Maybe a very natural eyeshadow with a bit of winged liner. One of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube always wears a bright red lip with natural eyes and a winged liner. You should check her out at beautycrush on YouTube.(:
