I have really dark hair I don't want to cut it but I was wondering if there was any suggestions on what I could do with it eg colour or ways to style it its naturally straight with frizz.

Get layers for sure. in my opinion layers look so much prettier than straight across cut. and maybe dye your hair a lighter brown.

You could dip dye it like a unnatural color ex. Coral, pink, purple. I don't know If this would work, but I have naturally wavy frizzy hair and I put 2 braids in my hair after I shower and it gives me a nice controlled wavy look and it's not frizzy! There are a lot of good styling products by garnier fructis, organix, and true blue spa(:

Don't get layers!
They're really pretty, but it'll make your hair more frizzy, and harder to put up.

And for hairstyle you could get your hair tapered. That would look SO pretty 😍

I've got a few longer layers just now I just feel like they can be hard to work with for putting my hair up for school.

Ombré does look so cool As would tapering! I will try the braid idea it would save me using heat on my hair every day thanks :)
