I think a pink like in the Picture above would be cute and girly. Personally, I'd go with that over red, but it's totally Your choice. Either would look great with neutral eyeshadow :)

If your going to do heavy eye makeup, a natural lip with some gloss might be better than full blown red lips. But don't be afraid to practice your makeup a few times to perfect it!

I'm probably going to use a champagne color on my eye and subtle winged eyeliner. I might add a little dark brown to the outer corner to make it a little more noticeable and smokey.
