I have oily lids too and recently got the loreal infallible gel liner. It's awesome, stays all day.

Also, you can get an eye lid primer. That will help make any liner stay. And keep from creasing eye shadow.

Clinique for high end, essence for low end! Both will not budge!! But Clinique does come off easier when you're ready to remove makeup!

Maybelline's smudges if you're oily but like thick liner. Use liquid, either Mookey s suggestion or Maybelline ultra liner. Its like paint!
