It's time to buy a new palette and I have no idea where to look. I like neutral colors as well as a few colorful ones. It needs to b a good palette! Nice rich and pigmented!

I haven't tried it myself but everyone that I've talked to about it said that the Costal Scents 180 palette is super pigmented!
