You can use the 2nd colour in the quad I recommended as an all over lid colour and then just and some mascara.

You have beautiful eyes!! Mascara, eyeliner on top or at least under. And eye primer. You can slowly start with that since you are new to make up. Thats how I started. Good luck green eyes♥

You have great eye shape perfect for any style to the point you wouldn't have to wear eyeliner on the top because your crease and end corner is so define, but if you choose to wear liner or shadow it will look so nice and could imagine the beautiful finish.I say just have fun with mascara and curl your lashes for now and work your way up. :-)

For a beauty routine you just need a gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleanser an moisturizer aveeno scrub 2 times a week an a eye cream and spf everyday.
