I've been going to the same girl since I had hair and always leave very satisfied! She knows my hair better than anyone besides myself and always knows what to do with it. Going to her on Wednesday and can't wait to see what she does!

I'm always dissatisfied with my hair everytime I leave the hair dressers mainly because they always get it wrong!! 😣 Starting to think it may be me that's too high maintenance 😆

I usually upset about what my hair can and cannot do... since I bleach it so light, its damaged and takes forever to really *grow* so I hate leaving the salon with ugly short hair cuts. I know its not the stylists' fault!... most of the time =P
I LOVE my stylist now. I used to leave every place I went *extremely* disappointed, because I always asked for really outrageous things that no one had the guts to commit to them. It took me a lot of searching to finally found my current stylist, because he was the only one who would be willing to *try* to turn my (then dyed red) hair silver and violet! He totally delivered the first day and actually seemed excited about doing my hair. Now I do the coloring and toning, but he bleaches my roots and he always gets so excited to see what we collaborated on because he gets ideas for other customers &his own hair! I'm ALWAYS thrilled walking out of the salon (even though my hair's "unfinished" until I tone it at home) because my stylist is willing to try awesome things and delivers with 110% satisfaction. He also always takes his time so he doesn't damage my hair and he isn't afraid to re-do things or experiment so I am 100% happy.
My hair stylist when I was in high school was about twice the age/twice as experienced as my current stylist and he also dyed my dark hair to platinum and always liked trying new and exciting things, but he never truly delivered an awesome final product and my hair was always damaged! I didn't know getting my hair done could be less than a traumatizing experience until I met my current stylist hahaha

I use to love my hair stylist till this last cut. My hair looks worse than it did before I cut it. She gave me these short layers that lay crooked around my face. The cuts grown out a bit but very unpleased

I oscillate between either the Aveda Institute or Aveda Salons. I have only been disappointed in a Aveda service once and that was a language barrier issue. I have had them in 3 different states, over 10 years.

I love my hair stylist! She's actually a little old lady, but she nails it every time and knows exactly what I mean and want. Great! Don't know what I'll do when she decides to retire 😥

It happened to me twice. and each time it wasn't even stunning. it looked better than okay but I'd had better styles before. but both time the hairdresser listened (!) to me and actually did exactly what I wanted (!) without trying in any way to push what she wanted. and the result was exactly what I had expected. :)
